We are looking for a Specialist Products & Solutions (AI) to join our team in Islamabad on a 12-month contract. This technical position involves hands-on work with Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps pipelines, and modern web technologies to design, develop, and support AI-driven solutions. You will play a key role in coding, maintaining, and scaling intelligent products that enable digital transformation for millions of users. The role offers a collaborative and innovative environment where you can experiment with cutting-edge AI frameworks while delivering reliable, production-ready applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications and solutions.
- Build and optimize LLM-based systems, including fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Contribute to end-to-end MLOps workflows such as model training, monitoring, and deployment.
- Write efficient, clean, and scalable code using Python, React, and other modern frameworks.
- Build and maintain APIs and microservices for AI-enabled products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into critical business platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed AI solutions.
- Continuously research and implement new AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance product capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in software development or applied AI/ML.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Experience with React.js or similar modern front-end frameworks.
- Hands-on exposure to Large Language Models including OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral, or equivalents.
- Understanding of MLOps workflows and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLflow.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and API development.
- Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative software development.
