Specialist Sales Development Representative

Gozenix is seeking an International Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to communicate with US-based prospects, confidently handle objections, and engage in genuine conversations without relying solely on scripts. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, adapt conversations fluidly, and maintain a persuasive yet professional demeanor. The position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan, and requires working on-site during US night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects located in the US market.
- Understand and assess prospects’ needs to respond intelligently and effectively.
- Confidently handle objections while keeping conversations productive and positive.
- Qualify prospects and generate appointments for further sales engagement.
- Maintain professional communication standards and ensure accurate documentation of call records.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience targeting the US market.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear American or neutral accent.
- Strong listening and comprehension abilities to understand prospect needs thoroughly.
- Ability to handle objections confidently without relying entirely on pre-written scripts.
- Natural and friendly communication style that fosters genuine conversations.
- Quick thinking and adaptability during conversations to maintain engagement.
- Persuasive, professional, and target-driven personality focused on achieving results.

Additional Information
This role is specifically for candidates with prior experience; fresh graduates are not being considered at this time. The work mode is strictly on-site at our Johar Town office, and the shift aligns with US night hours to ensure real-time communication with prospects. The campaign focus is outbound B2B sales, requiring a professional approach to business clients.
