This role focuses on managing the inventory needs across all departments, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient inventory control, disposal, receiving, distribution, and maintenance activities in alignment with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement inventory management policies aligned with company standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholder departments to optimize support and resources, driving continuous improvements through strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, identifying areas for development and providing necessary guidance.
- Maintain optimal stock levels at key warehouse locations, ensuring quality compliance within departmental objectives, SOPs, and organizational policies.
- Manage store operations across multiple inventory management locations, including monitoring storage utilization and ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess store performance, ensuring proper material stacking, handling, and storage.
- Oversee real-time material postings using SAP reports and conduct physical inventory exercises to verify stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) guidelines at all store locations.
- Review stock levels of critical fast-moving items using SAP reports, coordinating with planning and logistics departments to manage material availability and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with Quality & Assurance teams to resolve issues related to goods receipt notes, warranty claims, and rejected materials.
- Lead people management efforts including supervising store supervisors and workforce, coordinating staffing needs, team building, performance monitoring, and training.
- Work closely with HR to address workforce gaps and plan budgets for staffing requirements.
- Manage warehouse facilities by reviewing operational quality, storage layouts, and maintenance needs through regular inspections.
- Initiate and oversee facility maintenance requests and improvement projects, including civil works and in-house upgrades using available resources.
- Prepare budgets related to facility management for inventory management locations.
- Analyze SAP and IT processes to identify opportunities for automation, reporting enhancements, and procedural improvements.
- Coordinate with the IT department to initiate and execute system projects, including user acceptance testing and training.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and inventory management manuals to reflect process changes.
- Utilize data analysis to drive operational improvements and strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in inventory management or related fields.
- Strong integrity and responsibility in professional conduct.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, deliver customer value, achieve results, empower teams, lead with inspiration, and adapt to change.
