SPL Pharmacist

The Pakistan Navy is inviting applications for the position of SPL Pharmacist under the Short Service Commission 2027-A for officer and cadet induction. This opportunity is open to both male and female Pakistani citizens aged between 20 and 28 years as of July 1, 2027. Candidates must hold a Pharm-D degree and meet the minimum height requirements of 5'4" for males and 5'0" for females. The selection process includes tests conducted at various Pakistan Navy Recruitment & Selection Centres across the country.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a pharmacist within the Pakistan Navy, ensuring the proper management and dispensation of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of medications and pharmaceutical inventories.
- Provide expert advice on the use of medicines and pharmaceutical care to naval personnel.
- Collaborate with medical officers and other healthcare professionals to support the health and wellbeing of service members.
- Uphold the standards and protocols set by the Pakistan Navy in pharmaceutical practices.

Required Qualifications
- Must be a citizen of Pakistan.
- Age must be between 20 and 28 years as of July 1, 2027.
- Minimum height requirement: 5 feet 4 inches for males and 5 feet 0 inches for females.
- Educational qualification: Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy) with at least a Second Division from an HEC-recognized university or institution. Equivalent foreign qualifications recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) are also acceptable.
- A minimum of two years’ relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical field is mandatory.

- Candidates must ensure that the CNIC number provided during registration matches the original CNIC exactly, as discrepancies will result in disqualification from the entrance test.
- The rank offered upon selection is Acting Sub-Lieutenant (Ag S/Lt).
- Testing and selection will be conducted at multiple Pakistan Navy Recruitment & Selection Centres located in Abbottabad, Faisalabad, Gwadar, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi, Nawabshah, Sialkot, Sukkur, Swat, Hyderabad, Kharian, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad (AJ&K), and Rahim Yar Khan.
