We are seeking a skilled Optical Fiber Splicer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the precise jointing and splicing of optical fiber cables, ensuring high-quality connections and maintaining the integrity of the network. This role requires hands-on experience with cable preparation, splicing techniques, and joint enclosure, along with the ability to lead a maintenance team effectively. The position is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct jointing of optical fiber cables with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare cables for splicing by stripping and cleaving them properly.
- Perform splicing of cables to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Enclose joints securely to protect spliced cables from environmental damage.
- Organize cable layouts to avoid pressure points that could damage the fibers.
- Lead and supervise the Maintenance Team to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage the storage and maintenance of tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Required Qualifications:
- Matriculation or equivalent education.
- Completion of a 6-month diploma in splicing or a relevant technical field.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in optical fiber splicing.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- At least 1 year of experience specifically as a splicer is preferred.
- The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 40,000 to Rs 45,000.
- Work location is strictly in Karachi, requiring the candidate to be available for in-person duties.
