We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sports Coordinator to plan, manage, and oversee the school’s sports programme. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing teams, competitions, and the Annual Sports Day, while ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires supervision of sports staff, management of facilities and equipment, and maintaining a safe environment for all students. Attention to detail in record-keeping and compliance with safeguarding policies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the school’s comprehensive sports programme, ensuring a well-structured and engaging experience for students.
- Oversee the organization and execution of teams, competitions, and the Annual Sports Day event.
- Supervise sports staff and coordinate daily operations to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage sports facilities, equipment, and resources, ensuring they are well-maintained and available as needed.
- Ensure student safety by adhering to safeguarding policies and implementing necessary safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to sports activities and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sports coordination or school management.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital record-keeping tools.
- Solid knowledge of sports safety standards and safeguarding practices.
- A disciplined, proactive approach with a strong focus on student welfare.
Work Location:
This position is based in Sadaat e Amroha Society, Scheme 33, Karachi, and requires in-person attendance.
