Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies that align with project objectives.
- Monitor and track evolving project requirements to ensure they are reflected in testing plans.
- Coordinate the setup and availability of necessary hardware and software for test environments.
- Manage defect tracking and documentation throughout the entire testing lifecycle.
- Design, write, and execute detailed test cases to validate product functionality.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to testing and product quality proactively.
- Ensure all testing documentation is accurate, complete, and well-structured.
- Prepare clear and concise reports on testing progress and results for stakeholders.
- Oversee the timely resolution and delivery of issues identified during testing.
- Recommend practical and effective solutions to address product defects and challenges.
- Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements to verify completeness and feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards across departments.
- Conduct various testing phases including system, integration, and regression testing.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve testing efficiency where applicable.
- Detect and document software defects and inconsistencies, facilitating prompt resolution.
- Apply quality engineering principles consistently throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Provide ongoing support and maintain comprehensive documentation related to testing activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development, configuration, and testing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
