Crecode IT Professionals is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our expanding team based in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Android and iOS applications, REST APIs, and backend systems. This role requires someone who can independently manage testing activities, identify defects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and compatibility testing on Android and iOS applications.
- Test REST APIs, backend services, and database operations to validate functionality, reliability, and data integrity.
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Validate API requests, responses, authentication mechanisms, error handling, and business logic.
- Test critical application workflows including in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- Verify bug fixes and conduct thorough regression testing prior to releases.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Prepare detailed test reports and provide assessments on release readiness.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
- Proven hands-on experience testing Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of REST API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Solid understanding of HTTP methods, JSON, status codes, and client-server architecture.
- Working knowledge of SQL for database validation and backend testing.
- Proficient in manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, and general software testing methodologies.
- Experience writing test cases, reporting bugs, and using issue-tracking tools like Jira or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with mobile debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
