We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Intern to join our development team. This role involves supporting the quality assurance process for web and mobile applications through manual testing, basic automation, and AI-assisted testing techniques. The intern will work closely with developers to ensure software functionality, performance, and reliability while adopting modern testing methodologies and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance testing efficiency and maintain high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications to ensure functionality and usability.
- Create, execute, and document test cases while accurately reporting software defects.
- Conduct functional, regression, and user interface (UI) testing to verify application behavior.
- Assist with API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Explore and utilize AI-powered tools to generate test cases, identify issues, and improve overall testing efficiency.
- Support basic test automation tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes and confirm resolution of issues.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of test results, bug reports, and testing processes.
- Identify and recommend improvements to testing procedures and QA workflows to enhance efficiency.

AI-Driven Testing and Process Efficiency:
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-based QA solutions to enhance productivity.
- Use AI to generate test cases, identify edge cases, and improve test coverage.
- Apply AI-assisted testing techniques to accelerate defect detection and reduce repetitive manual efforts.
- Assist with AI-supported test documentation, bug reporting, test data preparation, and analysis of results.
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Research emerging AI-driven QA technologies and suggest practical improvements to current testing processes.
- Contribute to reducing testing turnaround time while upholding software quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn.
- Interest in AI-powered QA tools, software testing methodologies, and test automation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
- Familiarity with SQL and bug-tracking tools.
- Experience or familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT.
- Basic understanding of automation testing is advantageous but not mandatory.
