We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Intern to join our development team. This role involves supporting the quality, functionality, performance, and reliability of web and mobile applications through manual testing, basic automation, and AI-assisted quality assurance practices. The intern will adopt modern testing methodologies, utilize AI-powered tools, and identify ways to enhance testing efficiency while upholding high software quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure functionality and usability.
- Create and execute detailed test cases while documenting any software defects clearly.
- Conduct functional, regression, and user interface (UI) testing to verify application behavior.
- Assist with API testing using tools such as Postman to validate backend services.
- Explore and apply AI-powered tools to generate test cases, detect issues, and improve testing efficiency.
- Support basic test automation efforts under guidance from experienced QA team members.
- Collaborate closely with developers to verify bug fixes and confirm resolution of reported issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date testing documentation, including test results and bug reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and overall QA workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively document and report issues.
- High attention to detail with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Interest in AI-powered QA tools, software testing methodologies, and test automation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
- Familiarity with SQL and bug-tracking tools to support testing activities.
- Experience or familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or other AI-powered testing solutions.
- Basic understanding of automation testing is advantageous but not mandatory.
