SQA Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented and inquisitive Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with product and development teams to ensure that new features meet requirements and function smoothly. Your responsibilities will include understanding project workflows, writing and executing test cases, identifying and documenting bugs, and helping to improve testing processes continuously. A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application in testing will be highly valuable as you develop your skills, including hands-on experience with AI-assisted test automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in requirement discussions to fully understand the purpose and target users of new features.
- Learn how each project operates, including the connections between different modules (for example, the progression from lead to deal to invoice).
- Assist in writing test cases for both new and existing features and execute these tests thoroughly.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of the platform to detect broken elements, confusing interfaces, or visual inconsistencies.
- Log bugs clearly and precisely in Jira, providing detailed reproduction steps to help developers resolve issues efficiently.
- Re-test fixes to confirm that problems have been resolved without introducing new issues.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams during testing phases, actively participating in daily stand-ups and sprint meetings.
- Communicate issues effectively to various stakeholders, adapting explanations to be either simple or technical as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of test cases and test reports.
- Propose improvements to testing strategies as you gain deeper product knowledge.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to draft test cases, generate test data, and convert rough notes into clear bug reports, while reviewing and refining AI outputs.
- Test AI-driven features within our products to ensure AI-generated content is accurate, logical, and respects user data privacy.
- Develop skills in test automation with AI assistance to write and debug scripts more efficiently as you advance in the role.

Required Qualifications

- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and Quality Assurance principles.
- Strong attention to detail combined with effective problem-solving skills.
- Proactive communication abilities, including asking clarifying questions when requirements or issues are unclear.
- Genuine curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and comfort using AI tools in daily work activities.
