SQA Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure our software meets high standards of quality and usability. You will participate in requirement discussions, learn the intricacies of our projects, and contribute to the testing process from writing test cases to executing them. Key Responsibilities

- Participate in requirement discussions to fully understand new features, their purpose, and target users.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of each project’s workflow, including how different modules interact (e.g., lead conversion to deal and invoice).
- Assist in writing and executing test cases for both new and existing features.
- Conduct thorough testing of the platform to identify any defects, inconsistencies, or usability issues.
- Log detailed and reproducible bug reports in Jira, ensuring developers have clear steps to replicate issues.
- Re-test resolved issues and verify that fixes do not introduce new problems.
- Collaborate with developers and the product team during daily stand-ups and sprint meetings to discuss testing progress and challenges.
- Communicate issues clearly, tailoring explanations to technical or non-technical audiences as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of test cases and test reports.
- Propose improvements to testing processes as you become more familiar with the products.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to draft test cases, generate test data, and refine bug reports, while reviewing and correcting any AI-generated errors.
- Test AI-driven features within our products to ensure accuracy, relevance, and data privacy compliance.
- Develop skills in test automation with the support of AI tools to write and troubleshoot scripts efficiently.

Required Qualifications

- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Final-year students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and quality assurance principles.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification rather than make assumptions.
