SQA Internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Intern to join our team. This internship offers recent graduates a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance within a professional environment. The successful candidate will assist the QA team in ensuring the quality, functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications. This is a three-month unpaid internship with the potential for a full-time position based on performance and organizational needs. The role is on-site and provides exposure to industry best practices and Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and executing test cases for various software applications.
- Perform manual and basic automated testing to detect defects and ensure software quality.
- Document, track, and report bugs using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to support timely and high-quality software releases.
- Learn and apply QA tools, testing methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed test reports and maintain accurate testing documentation.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing as required.
- Contribute ideas and efforts toward continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (BSSE), Computer Science (BSCS), or Information Technology (BSIT).
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
