SQA Internship

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience in software testing and quality assurance within a professional environment. The intern will work closely with the QA team to help ensure the quality, functionality, performance, and reliability of our software applications. This is an unpaid, full-time internship lasting three months, with the possibility of a full-time position based on performance and company needs. The role requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and executing test cases for various software applications.
- Perform manual and basic automated testing to detect defects and maintain software quality.
- Document, track, and report bugs using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to support timely and high-quality software releases.
- Learn and apply QA tools, testing methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed test reports and maintain accurate testing documentation.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BS Software Engineering (BSSE), BS Computer Science (BSCS), or BS Information Technology (BSIT).
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
