SQA Manager

LN Technologies is a leading enterprise application development company specializing in AI, Mobility, Web, Cloud, and Business Intelligence solutions. We partner with commercial enterprises and government organizations to transform their operations through innovative, secure, and scalable technology. We are currently seeking an experienced SQA Manager to join our Production Team and ensure the timely and high-quality execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and strategies for web and mobile applications, establishing quality standards and best practices.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to identify quality risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Execute various testing types including functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, API, performance, usability, compatibility, and reliability testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, Selenium, and Appium, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage defect lifecycle by identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and tracking issues, collaborating with development teams to verify fixes and perform regression testing.
- Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with Product Managers, Project Managers, Team Leads, and Developers to align QA activities with project timelines.
- Conduct performance, security, and compliance testing to ensure system stability, scalability, and adherence to quality standards.
- Track and report testing progress, defect metrics, and release readiness through dashboards and quality reports.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including test cases, execution reports, and automation frameworks, sharing knowledge and best practices across teams.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team by setting performance goals, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of quality testing outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance, Testing, or Quality Engineering.
- Strong expertise in testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with SQL queries, database validation, and data verification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with API testing frameworks such as Postman, REST Assured, or Swagger.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to performance testing tools including JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Understanding of security testing concepts and tools.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
- Prior experience working in Agile product development environments.
