Sr. AI Image Generation / Video Editor for Youtube Channel(s)

We are seeking experienced Senior Video Editors to join our dynamic and creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing both long and short-form videos, particularly for YouTube channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members in video editing tasks.
- Create compelling videos from provided voice-overs and scripts.
- Develop a clear understanding of the storyline and the purpose behind each video project.
- Apply deep knowledge of video editing principles to enhance content quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, with at least 2 years of professional video editing work.
- Skilled in adding captions, effects, trendy transitions, and syncing audio seamlessly.
- Familiarity with current trends in talking-head videos, including dynamic text, punch-ins, motion graphics, and engaging transitions.
- Good understanding of YouTube and/or Snapchat platforms and their content dynamics.
- Above-average English comprehension for script interpretation and communication.
- Experience using AI tools such as Grok to enhance editing workflows.
- Strong visual storytelling ability and prompt-writing skills to translate scripts into clear visual narratives.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining continuity and high-quality output.
- Knowledge of YouTube content styles and automation workflows is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- Location: This position is based at LDA Avenue, Raiwind, Lahore, and requires reliable commuting or relocation plans before starting.
