Sr. Architect

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of various architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day design activities, collaborating closely with the design leadership, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and timelines. Candidates residing in areas such as Cantt, DHA, Ghazi Road, Mughalpura, Nishat, Harbanspura, Ring Road, Gulberg, and Garden Town will be given preference. This is a full-time, contract position based in Lahore, requiring reliable commuting or relocation prior to starting work.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the library design leadership to develop multiple design options.
- Coordinate and communicate project plans effectively with the team.
- Assist in all phases of design, from initial concept development through to preparation of building documentation.
- Revise architectural drawings and renderings as needed to reflect design changes.
- Conduct research to support the design team’s decision-making process.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Prepare design documentation using CAD software and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Develop detailed building specifications outlining requirements and planning considerations.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring construction aligns with design intent, timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify adherence to project specifications and schedules.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in producing detailed architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, including rendering tools.
- Experience with project estimation and budgeting.
- Demonstrated experience in project execution and site supervision.
