Sr. Content Sub-Editor & Proofreader

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong English language skills and extensive experience in content proofreading, editing, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of various types of content, including articles, reports, presentations, digital materials, and marketing copy. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. The position is based in Karachi and Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and appropriate tone.
- Proofread and edit a wide range of materials such as articles, reports, presentations, digital content, and marketing copy.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain high editorial standards across all content.
- Collaborate with content creators and other stakeholders to address errors and improve overall content quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in content editing, proofreading, or editorial quality control.
- Excellent command of written English, including grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors effectively.
- Proven ability to maintain consistency in tone and style across different types of content.
- Experience working with diverse content formats such as articles, reports, presentations, and marketing materials.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a media organization, digital agency, publishing house, or research firm is highly desirable.
