NEXCO Consultants - Education & Immigration Services is seeking a dedicated Senior Education Counsellor to join their Lahore office on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in guiding clients through educational opportunities and immigration pathways. This position involves providing expert advice on career options, admissions, skilled migration, and visa processes while ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Senior Education Counsellor will engage directly with clients, helping them navigate their educational and immigration goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive educational consulting services tailored to clients’ individual needs.
- Advise clients on various education-related matters including course selection, admission procedures, and career counseling.
- Assist clients with skilled migration and visa guidance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the consulting process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
- Manage client records and documentation accurately to support ongoing consulting activities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in educational consulting or a related field.
- Strong skills in education consulting and client communication.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related discipline.
