Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the delivery of the people agenda for plant-based teams by managing recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, and engagement. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and other HR teams to ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes such as transfers, assessments, job postings, and separations. Additionally, you will assist in HR policy enforcement and labor law compliance, maintain accurate employee and organizational records, and facilitate effective communication between plant employees and leadership to foster an engaged, collaborative, and compliant workplace.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- 3 to 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or pharmaceutical plant environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, workforce dynamics, HR policies, and relevant labor laws.
- Proven experience in key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
- Familiarity with workforce reporting and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This position reports to the Deputy General Manager HRBP and involves close collaboration with HR leadership, plant leadership, line managers, Central Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to support the plant’s people priorities and enhance the overall employee experience. You will work across functions and departments to ensure effective HR policy implementation, employee relations management, workforce compliance, and timely completion of HR tasks.
