Sr. Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer and Animator with 4 to 5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both graphic design and animation, capable of producing high-quality visuals and motion graphics for a variety of digital, social media, web, and print platforms. This role requires a creative individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and deliver engaging content that aligns with client requirements and brand guidelines. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics, illustrations, and marketing materials for digital and print platforms.
- Create engaging 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and promotional videos.
- Develop visual concepts based on client requirements, project briefs, and brand guidelines.
- Edit videos, incorporating visual effects, transitions, and animations to produce polished content.
- Create storyboards, mockups, and design prototypes prior to final production.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver innovative creative solutions.
- Ensure all designs and animations meet quality standards and adhere to project deadlines.
- Manage multiple design and animation projects simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Handle multiple clients concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks and delivering projects within agreed timelines.
- Revise designs and animations based on client feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain organized project files and design assets for efficient future use.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and industry-standard software.

Required Qualifications

- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with 2D and 3D animation tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Toon Boom, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, and visual storytelling.
- Expertise in graphic design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows.
- Ability to create assets suitable for digital, social media, web, and print platforms.
- Understanding of file formats, rendering, and optimization for various platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, creative, and product teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design and animation projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
