Sr. Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

Excellence Delivered is seeking a seasoned Sr. Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to lead and manage Odoo ERP implementations across various business functions. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and operation of the Odoo system. This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise in Odoo’s core modules and hands-on technical skills to handle customizations, integrations, and troubleshooting effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of Odoo ERP systems.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR & Payroll, and Project Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into tailored Odoo solutions.
- Manage functional configurations, workflow setups, customizations, and system integrations.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams on Python-based development, module customization, and API integrations.
- Troubleshoot system issues, optimize business processes, and maintain seamless ERP operations.
- Conduct user training sessions, prepare comprehensive documentation, and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant, preferably at a senior level.
- Strong working knowledge of multiple Odoo modules and an understanding of cross-functional business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo implementation, configuration, customization, and integration.
- Solid understanding of Odoo’s technical architecture, including Python programming, PostgreSQL databases, XML, and API usage.
- Ability to independently manage client requirements and deliver practical, scalable ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
