Sr. Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

Excellence Delivered is seeking a seasoned Sr. Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to lead and manage Odoo ERP implementations across various business functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional expertise and technical knowledge, enabling them to bridge business requirements with effective Odoo solutions. This role demands ownership of the entire ERP lifecycle, including implementation, customization, integration, troubleshooting, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of Odoo ERP systems.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR & Payroll, and Project Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into efficient and scalable Odoo solutions.
- Manage functional configurations, workflows, customizations, and system integrations to meet business needs.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams on Python-based development, module customization, and API integrations.
- Troubleshoot system issues promptly, optimize business processes, and ensure smooth ERP operations.
- Conduct user training sessions, prepare comprehensive documentation, and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with stakeholders at various levels to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of multiple Odoo modules and an understanding of cross-functional business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo implementation, configuration, customization, and integration projects.
- Solid understanding of Odoo’s technical architecture, including Python programming, PostgreSQL databases, XML, and API usage.
- Ability to independently manage client requirements and deliver practical, business-oriented ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
