We are seeking a skilled Software Testing professional with 4 to 6 years of experience, particularly in ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing test cases independently and a solid understanding of various test methodologies and Agile Scrum practices. Experience with both B2C and B2B integrations is highly desirable. The role requires familiarity with multiple business modules including Sales, Production, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test cases independently to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Apply knowledge of test methodologies and Agile Scrum processes to contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
- Conduct thorough testing of ERP modules such as Sales, Production, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance to identify defects and ensure system reliability.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving and process enhancements.
- Support integration testing efforts, particularly in B2C and B2B environments, to validate seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to report testing progress, issues, and resolutions.

Required Qualifications

- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in software testing with a focus on ERP systems.
- Proven ability to independently develop detailed and effective test cases.
- Strong understanding of various test methodologies and Agile Scrum frameworks.
- Familiarity with core ERP modules including Sales, Production, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance.
- Experience or knowledge of B2C and B2B integration processes is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to team goals.
