Sr. Sales Executive

FourPillars (Private) Limited is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, particularly within the Cement, Steel, or Building Materials industries, and a proven ability to meet challenging sales targets. This role requires a results-driven professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of developing new customers, managing dealer networks, and expanding the company’s market presence. Candidates based in Karachi with relevant industry experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealer networks.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Manage sales documentation and reporting accurately.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and customer meetings.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the Cement, Steel, or Building Materials sectors.
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets under pressure.
- Strong market knowledge and the ability to develop new customers and manage dealer networks.
- Must have own conveyance to facilitate travel and client visits.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Karachi with industry-specific experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive monthly salary of PKR 75,000.
