Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics) is a well-established and trusted name in customs clearance services, catering to prominent importers and exporters throughout Pakistan. We are currently looking to hire a Manager Sales and an Assistant Manager Sales for our Import Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding division based in Karachi. This role is critical to driving sales growth, supporting regional sales operations, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the import process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to offer customized logistics solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge and experience in sales related to import customs clearance.
- Possess a strong understanding of import customs clearance procedures and the overall import process.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, and warehousing sectors.
- Conduct daily market visits to explore potential clients and develop new business avenues.
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, quotations, and presentations that align with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies aimed at optimizing profits and minimizing costs.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Utilize MS Office proficiently for reporting, presentations, and communication.
- Must have own vehicle or conveyance to facilitate client visits and job-related travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA degree is preferred.
- 5 to 6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in import customs clearance.
