Sr. Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at CGS BPO India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM), with proven expertise in ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript. This role involves developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integrations and efficient workflows that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services to enhance platform capabilities.
- Implement and manage ITSM and CSM processes to support organizational workflows.
- Design, create, and maintain workflows and flow designs within the ServiceNow environment.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST APIs to enable data exchange and automation.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications to maintain system stability and performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on platform development.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM best practices and frameworks.
- Experience with Domain Separation to manage multiple business units or customers within a single instance.
- Familiarity with IT Business Management (ITBM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Skills:
- Expertise in ITSM and CSM processes.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript programming.
- Skilled in using Workflow and Flow Designer tools within ServiceNow.
- Experience with system integrations, particularly using REST APIs.
