As a Senior Software Engineer on a dynamic mobile agile team, you will play a key role in designing and developing mobile software products using cutting-edge technologies. You will be hands-on in creating flexible services that expose core capabilities to various applications and user bases. In addition to technical contributions, you will lead and mentor team members, make critical technical decisions, and facilitate collaboration across the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new features and maintain existing ones, including bug fixing and support.
- Take ownership of production environments and ensure system reliability.
- Troubleshoot issues across the entire technology stack, including operating systems, databases, applications, JavaScript, and networks.
- Mentor and share knowledge with other team members to foster growth and collaboration.
- Stay current with industry trends and open-source community developments to continuously improve solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 3.8 to 4.5 years of experience in Java technologies, with at least 3 years as a full-stack developer.
- Proficient in Java and AWS services, with hands-on experience in microservices architecture and SQL databases.
- Experience working with React.js or Angular.js frameworks.
- Skilled in implementing microservices and API architectures.
- Strong background in writing unit tests to ensure code quality.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, explain design decisions, and collaborate effectively.
- Self-motivated problem solver with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to mentor others and inspire high standards within the team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, Kotlin, Aurora, Elasticsearch (ES), RDS, and operating system databases.
- Knowledge of Ruby and C# is a plus.
- A strong commitment to quality and shipping high-quality code.
- Experience preparing technical training and information sessions for colleagues.
