Sr Specialist - Amazon Operations

Utopia Brands is seeking a motivated Associate / Lead for E-commerce Digital Operations to oversee and enhance our online marketplace presence. This role involves managing product listings, optimizing content, handling inventory, pricing, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and support digital marketing initiatives, contributing to the company’s growth in the e-commerce space. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Shara-e-Faisal office in Karachi, with working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across various marketplace platforms, including bulk uploads, pricing adjustments, and promotional activities.
- Optimize product content and titles by applying on-page SEO best practices to improve visibility and sales.
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliation to avoid stockouts, overselling, and discrepancies.
- Supervise order processing and fulfillment, addressing daily operational challenges promptly.
- Analyze sales and performance data using Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in supporting digital marketing and PPC campaigns as needed.
- Utilize ERP, OMS, PIM systems, and marketplace integrations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with practical experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and capable of performing data analysis.
- Experience working with international marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Experience with digital marketing and PPC campaigns is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP, OMS, PIM tools, or marketplace integration platforms will be advantageous.

This position requires on-site presence at our Karachi office located on Shara-e-Faisal, with an evening shift schedule from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Candidates should be prepared to engage actively with multiple teams and systems to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
