We are looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional with extensive experience in eCommerce testing to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our applications and websites. This involves creating and reviewing detailed test plans, executing both functional and non-functional testing, and working closely with cross-functional teams. The role demands a detail-oriented individual who can clearly communicate business requirements, troubleshoot issues effectively, and uphold high standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure they meet company standards for applications and websites.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to thoroughly assess and address all business requirements, ensuring development projects meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Execute functional testing by interacting directly with page objects to verify flawless frontend functionality across all website features.
- Conduct non-functional testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Google Speed Insight to optimize site speed and page loading performance.
- Manage integration testing to ensure seamless connectivity between the website and third-party systems that supply product data.
- Verify the efficiency of product search, ease of navigation, convenience of product display, and compliance with guidelines for product URLs, images, titles, and metadata.
- Monitor promotional offers to guarantee accurate and timely uploads.
- Analyze website traffic to guide maintenance efforts and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Build strong working relationships with team members and customers to accelerate project delivery and improve product quality.
- Continuously enhance problem-solving and troubleshooting skills while exercising mature judgment in decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in eCommerce SQA testing.
- Proven experience working on international projects.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Ability to work onsite with office hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Ferozpur Road location.
