We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional with extensive experience in eCommerce testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the flawless functionality and performance of our websites and applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business requirements. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage both functional and non-functional testing aspects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing processes aligned with company standards for applications and websites.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure all business requirements are thoroughly assessed and addressed, helping development projects meet or exceed performance goals.
- Execute functional testing by interacting directly with frontend page objects to verify that all website functionalities operate flawlessly.
- Conduct non-functional testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Google Speed Insights to ensure optimal site speed and page load performance.
- Manage integration testing to confirm seamless connectivity between the website and third-party systems that supply product data.
- Validate product search efficiency, navigation intuitiveness, product display convenience, and adherence to URL, image, title, and metadata guidelines on category and product pages.
- Monitor promotional offers to ensure accurate and timely uploads.
- Analyze website traffic data to guide maintenance efforts and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Foster strong working relationships with team members and customers to accelerate project delivery and enhance product quality.
- Continuously develop problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, exercising mature judgment in complex scenarios.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years focused on eCommerce SQA testing.
- Proven experience working on international projects.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- At least 4 years of experience specifically in SQA testing is preferred.
- The position offers a competitive salary starting from Rs 200,000 per month.
- Work location is on-site, with office hours from 11 AM to 8 PM at Ferozpur Road.

Candidates will be asked to provide information regarding their spoken English proficiency, experience with eCommerce SQA projects, availability for the specified office hours, and the year they completed their bachelor’s degree.
