Staff Required urgently (freshers)

We are seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team at our office located in Lahore Cantt, specifically on Abid Majeed Road. This role involves providing excellent customer service and support during the evening shift. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. The position requires working on-site from Monday to Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support through various communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate education is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to work effectively during the evening shift from 3 PM to 11 PM.
- Willingness to work in person at the Lahore Cantt office.
