Statistics Expert (SPSS & R Research Analyst)

We are looking for a Statistics Expert (SPSS & R Research Analyst) to join our research team based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Stata, SPSS, R programming, statistical analysis, and quantitative research. This role involves working with large datasets, performing data cleaning and validation, conducting statistical analyses, interpreting results, and supporting various stages of quantitative research projects. Fresh graduates with relevant academic or research experience and strong practical skills in R programming and SPSS are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct statistical and quantitative analyses using R, SPSS, Stata, and other relevant software.
- Clean, organize, prepare, manage, and validate datasets for analysis.
- Examine and interpret statistical outputs generated through R, SPSS, and Stata.
- Apply hypothesis testing and various statistical techniques to derive meaningful insights.
- Select appropriate statistical methods based on research objectives and project requirements.
- Analyze panel, longitudinal, and time-series data effectively.
- Perform mediation and moderation analyses when necessary.
- Translate statistical results into clear, actionable research findings.
- Prepare analytical reports, statistical summaries, research tables, and related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to academic and professional reporting standards, including APA and Harvard referencing.
- Collaborate with researchers and team members throughout different phases of quantitative research projects.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSc/MSc) in Statistics or a closely related quantitative discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in statistical analysis, quantitative research, or data analysis.
- Strong practical knowledge of R programming and SPSS.
- Working familiarity with Stata and MS Office applications.
- Solid understanding of statistical principles, quantitative research methodologies, and data interpretation.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
