We are currently looking for a reliable Stitching Worker to join our production team. Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch garment components precisely, following patterns, samples, and production guidelines.
- Assemble clothing pieces accurately, ensuring consistent seam quality throughout the production process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation to support efficient workflow.
- Inspect finished garments for defects or inconsistencies and report any quality issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with industrial sewing machines in a garment manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret sewing patterns and production instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality stitching and garment assembly.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods during shifts.
