Store In charge – Trimming Department

T.M. Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and organized Store Incharge for the Trimming Department located at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily store operations, ensuring smooth handling of materials and maintaining accurate inventory records to support production needs. This role requires close coordination with various departments to maintain efficiency and uphold company standards in safety and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations within the Trimming Department.
- Receive, arrange, and issue materials according to production schedules.
- Maintain accurate stock records and prepare Excel-based reports.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of all materials.
- Coordinate effectively with Production, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
- Uphold 5S principles, safety protocols, and housekeeping standards in the store.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate, DAE, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Proficient in MS Excel and experienced in maintaining store records.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, stock handling, and material receiving/issuing processes.
- Experience in maintaining stock records and inventory documentation.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
