PakWheels is seeking a courteous and responsible Store In-Charge / Cashier to oversee front desk operations and manage billing at our Car Oil Change Service Center located in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and a customer-oriented approach to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a professional manner and provide clear guidance on available services and promotional offers.
- Accurately generate bills and invoices using POS or billing software.
- Process payments through various methods including cash, card, and digital transactions, issue receipts, and manage the cash register efficiently.
- Maintain daily cash records and perform cash reconciliation in coordination with the Branch Manager.
- Handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and respond to general customer inquiries promptly.
- Work closely with the service team to keep customers updated and ensure the timely flow of vehicle servicing.
- Promote ongoing offers, service packages, and relevant car care products to customers to enhance sales.
- Keep the reception and customer waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Address customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as maintaining service logs and customer records to support operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business (B.Com) is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in cashiering, front desk, or customer service roles, preferably within the automotive or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, billing software, and POS systems.
- A trustworthy, well-presented, and customer-friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
