We are seeking a detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating purchasing activities, and collaborating with various departments to support smooth business functions. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage stock levels effectively to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations while maintaining precise inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels to guarantee timely availability of materials.
- Handle purchasing activities, including obtaining and comparing quotations.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders after securing necessary approvals.
- Verify received goods against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive records of stock receipts, issues, purchases, and returns.
- Conduct regular stock counts and promptly report any shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with accounts and other departments to facilitate purchasing and payment processes.
- Ensure proper storage, effective stock control, and cost-efficient purchasing practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in store management and purchasing functions.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures, MS Excel, and documentation practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Work Location:
