We are seeking an experienced Store Incharge to manage the daily operations of our store located in the SITE Area, Haroonabad, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in store or inventory management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Odoo software to ensure efficient inventory control and smooth workflow. The Store Incharge will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with various departments, and supervising store staff to support the company’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and spare parts.
- Maintain precise records of inventory levels, stock movements, and consumption patterns.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to guarantee timely availability of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions proactively to avoid shortages.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and issue slips for all transactions.
- Supervise and assign tasks to store staff to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Prepare periodic reports on stock status, consumption trends, and inventory variances for management review.
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols and housekeeping standards within the store area.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in store or inventory management.
- Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures, stock recording, and material handling.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication for documentation and reporting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate store personnel effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work efficiently under pressure.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software is highly desirable, with Odoo expertise being essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with Odoo inventory management software is a must.
- Market-competitive salary package based on experience and expertise, ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 80,000 per month.
- Exclusive allowances in addition to the salary.
- Full-time position based at the company’s site location, requiring in-person attendance.
