Store Incharge

Yummy Ice Cream is seeking a responsible and organized Store Incharge to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory control, and handle stock movement efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper storage and labeling of materials, and coordinating smoothly with various departments to support overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep detailed records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and systematic arrangement of all materials within the store.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies found.
- Monitor stock levels continuously and report any shortages or excess inventory promptly.
- Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Production, Accounts, and other relevant departments to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Maintain proper documentation for all material receipts and issuances.
- Ensure the store is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in store management or inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of stock management principles, inventory record keeping, and documentation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated honesty, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or the food industry will be considered an advantage. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs55,000. This role requires the candidate to work on-site to ensure hands-on management of store operations.
