We are seeking a Store Manager who will report directly to the District Manager and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience through leadership in sales, merchandising, customer service, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to achieve sales targets by developing and implementing effective strategies that maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, empower, and motivate team members to build a strong, cohesive workforce.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, payroll, employee relations, and visual merchandising to ensure operational excellence.
- Foster a customer-centric environment that guarantees a positive and engaging shopping experience for every visitor.
- Model and coach behaviors that align with company values and promote a culture of inclusion, safety, and inspiration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of store management experience within the retail industry.
- Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. brands and a strong understanding of the retail landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively leading and motivating others.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), frequent movement, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
