Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Growing Sales: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability. Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans to ensure financial goals are achieved.

Building a Strong Team: Recruit, train, empower, and motivate team members to create a high-performing and engaged workforce. Foster a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and inspired.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, payroll, employee relations, and visual merchandising. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Customer Focus: Deliver an outstanding shopping experience by modeling excellent customer service and coaching the team to do the same. Create an inclusive environment where all customers feel welcomed and appreciated.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of store management experience, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and its brand heritage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading and motivating others effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to operational and customer service excellence.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), frequent movement, kneeling, carrying, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
