Store Manager

JULKE, a part of the Leathertex Group, is seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee operations at its JULKÉ DHA Lahore location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the retail team, driving sales performance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage daily store activities efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and visual presentation.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive shopping environment.
- Coordinate with the head office and other departments to align store activities with overall business goals.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain store security and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of retail experience, including at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or store management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Background:
- Experience in footwear, fashion, lifestyle, or premium accessories retail is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with retail management software and inventory systems is an advantage.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
