Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage inventory, including stock control and accurate record-keeping.
- Supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Monitor sales performance and implement effective merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to uphold high standards of customer service.
- Promote products that align with the company’s mission of sustainable urban mobility.
- Enforce retail loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
- Support the training and development of store team members to build a knowledgeable and motivated workforce.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures within the store.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in store or warehouse management is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with MS Excel, for inventory and sales tracking.
- Strong inventory management skills with attention to detail in record-keeping.
- Ability to efficiently manage stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
