Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and a well-organized environment.
- Manage inventory effectively, including stock control, record-keeping, and timely replenishment.
- Supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance and teamwork.
- Monitor sales performance and implement merchandising strategies to maximize revenue.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, reporting, and adherence to financial procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and promoting products aligned with the company’s sustainable mobility mission.
- Enforce retail loss prevention measures and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the training and development of store team members to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in store or warehouse management is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly in MS Excel.
- Strong inventory management and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage stock efficiently and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Salary:
PKR 40,000 to PKR 50,000
