Store Officer

Accurate Pvt. Ltd, a digital meters manufacturing firm and sister company of IZHAR Construction Company Pvt Ltd, is looking to hire a full-time Store Officer to work on-site at Sundar Estates (Accurate Factory). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires hands-on involvement in material issuance, stock verification, and invoice processing, with a strong focus on maintaining store discipline and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage daily store and warehouse operations.
- Issue production materials through the System Process (SIN).
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the ERP system.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards within the store.
- Supervise loaders and store staff activities.
- Handle official emails and communications related to store operations.
- Support internal audits and conduct stock verification processes.
- Prepare and verify supplier invoices in accordance with purchase orders and Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Maintain organized invoice records and documentation.
- Match invoices with material receiving records for accuracy.
- Conduct monthly inventory audits and physical stock verification.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- 5 to 6 years of progressively responsible experience in inventory management, stock control, or related fields.
- Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management.
- Strong skills in stock handling, documentation, and warehouse operations.
- Effective email communication and reporting abilities.
- Experience in inward and outward material management.
- Ability to coordinate with teams and lead store staff efficiently.
- Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with leadership skills and experience in handling audits and supplier invoice verification will be preferred. The company offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 65,000. Additional benefits include Provident Fund, medical coverage, bonuses, paid leaves, and transport facilities. This is a full-time, on-site position located at Sundar Estates.
