This opportunity is based in Lahore with Pyramid Automation for the position of Store & Inventory Coordinator. The role involves managing daily store operations and supporting inventory control to ensure smooth and efficient stock management. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily store activities and assist with overall inventory management. Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments and supplies to ensure accuracy and quality. Update and maintain precise inventory records using store management software. Assist in conducting regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records to identify discrepancies. Process store requisitions promptly and ensure timely dispatch of items to relevant departments. Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock for easy access and efficient workflow. Support the store manager by tracking re-order points and facilitating stock replenishment to avoid shortages.
Required Qualifications
Graduation or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline is essential. Relevant experience in store operations, warehouse management, or inventory control is required. A good understanding of basic inventory principles and stock control procedures is necessary. Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, along with familiarity with store management software, is expected. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are critical. The candidate must be trustworthy, well-organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different departments are important for success in this role.
