Strategy Analyst

JazzWorld, Pakistan’s largest digital operator, is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join its dynamic strategy team in Islamabad. This role involves supporting the development of high-level strategic materials for board and executive committees, including strategic frameworks, portfolio reviews, and presentations for external audiences such as investors, regulators, and industry forums. The successful candidate will translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership, leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Handling sensitive corporate information with discretion and sound judgment is essential in this high-impact position.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of structured, storyboarded presentations for board and executive committee meetings, ensuring complex data is communicated clearly.
- Prepare polished and accurate CEO and CXO presentations tailored for external stakeholders, aligned with corporate messaging.
- Conduct thorough market, competitor, and industry research to provide insights that inform strategic recommendations.
- Track and report progress on strategic initiatives against established priorities, such as annual strategic frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, Technology, and Regulatory teams to gather inputs and ensure messaging consistency.
- Draft initial analyses, decks, and briefing notes under senior guidance, utilizing AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and identify automation opportunities.
- Manage timelines and follow-ups for strategy deliverables, maintaining document accuracy and consistency throughout.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is considered a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, corporate planning, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, structured storylines supported by effective storyboarding and visual narratives.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, comfortable with data-driven storytelling and a foundational understanding of P&L, KPIs, and business cases.
- Experience using AI and large language model (LLM) tools professionally for research, drafting, and analysis, with a keen interest in exploring new AI applications in strategy.
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights while managing confidential, high-visibility tasks under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Exposure to the telecom, technology, or digital services sectors is desirable.
- Experience engaging with board-level or senior stakeholders is an advantage.
