This role exists to address a critical capacity and infrastructure gap within Disrupt’s strategic agenda. While the leadership team operates with strong instincts and at high speed, there is currently no dedicated analytical or operational function to support them. As a result, business cases are often developed informally, priorities shift without clear communication, and decisions live only in the memories of those present. This role is designed to build and run the planning, reporting, and decision-making infrastructure for the Executive Committee and Core Leadership Team, transforming management effectiveness and driving organizational performance to meet ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Goal Setting and OKR Management: Design and manage the entire goal-setting process, including annual objectives, quarterly OKRs, and monthly targets across all functions and ventures. Lead the weekly leadership tracking rhythm to monitor progress, identify risks, and facilitate timely decisions. Ensure follow-through on all leadership decisions by capturing actions, assigning owners, and driving completion.

- Prioritization Across Functions and Ventures: Maintain a live, consolidated view of all ongoing initiatives, including resource allocation and sequencing. Continuously reprioritize activities based on changing conditions, providing clear recommendations and risk assessments to the Executive Committee. Own cross-functional priority initiatives and convert leadership intent into actionable workplans with clear ownership and deadlines.

- Strategic Analysis and Decision Support: Serve as the analytical backbone for the Executive Committee’s key decisions. Break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured hypotheses and deliver confident, well-reasoned recommendations. Develop and maintain financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses. Rigorously challenge proposals and conduct post-mortems on major bets to ensure continuous learning.

- Performance Reporting and Decision Governance: Build a unified, trusted monthly performance reporting system to replace fragmented reporting. Establish and manage review cadences such as monthly performance reviews and quarterly business reviews. Define decision governance processes, including framing, evidence requirements, documentation, and revisiting decisions as needed. Create and maintain a decision log and codify effective processes for sustainability.

- Leadership Communication: Prepare high-quality board, investor, and leadership materials focused on rigorous analysis. Support Executive Committee and Core Leadership Team members in preparing for critical conversations by providing briefs, data, and anticipated objections. Manage the Core Leadership Team’s operating rhythm, including agendas, pre-reads, decision tracking, and follow-up.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 6 years of post-graduate experience, primarily in management consulting at a top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or a strong strategy firm, or in a strategy, chief-of-staff, or corporate development role at a high-growth company.

- Proven ownership of complete workstreams with direct exposure to senior leadership, demonstrating substantive responsibility beyond analyst-level support.

- Advanced structured problem-solving skills and hypothesis-driven thinking.

- Strong financial fluency, capable of building and defending financial models independently.

- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex analysis into concise, defensible summaries.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Training from top-tier management consulting firms.

- Experience in venture building, private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or high-growth operating environments.

- Exposure to MENAP markets or global tech/venture ecosystems.

- Sector experience relevant to Disrupt’s portfolio, including technology, digital commerce, financial services, and B2B software.

- Candidates committed to building a long-term career in Pakistan, including those relocating or recently repatriated.

How You Work

You will be building systems from the ground up rather than maintaining existing ones. The role requires forming and defending clear recommendations, independently gathering and analyzing data, and operating through influence without direct reports. Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and public accountability is essential.

What You Get

This position offers direct access to the Founding Partners and leadership team, ownership of the company’s operating infrastructure, and exposure to the full venture lifecycle including formation, scaling, capital allocation, investment, partnerships, and exits. There is a clear, performance-based path to Chief of Staff, competitive compensation, and participation in a long-term incentive plan. The role provides significant responsibility and impact early in your career, with multiple potential future leadership pathways within the organization.
