Key Responsibilities
The Structural Design Engineer (TRUSS) will be responsible for designing and analyzing truss and related structural systems for diverse building projects. Daily tasks include performing structural calculations, developing detailed design drawings and models, and reviewing design specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. The role requires close collaboration with civil engineers, architects, and construction teams to resolve design challenges and support successful project delivery. Additionally, the engineer will prepare technical reports, participate in design reviews, and provide on-site support during construction phases. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have strong expertise in structural analysis and engineering, particularly related to truss and building design. A solid foundation in civil engineering is essential for effective coordination with multidisciplinary project teams. Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, especially AutoCAD, is required to create accurate structural drawings and models. Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and materials used in structural and truss systems is necessary. A bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, along with attention to detail and accuracy, are critical. Effective communication and teamwork abilities are important for collaborating on-site with construction and design professionals. Relevant experience in the structural design of trusses or similar systems is highly beneficial.
