STRUCTURAL ESTIMATOR

We are seeking a skilled Structural Estimator specializing in concrete work to join our team in Lahore. This office-based role requires a professional with strong expertise in structural estimation, particularly for USA-based construction projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in quantity takeoff, cost estimation, and material calculations, with the ability to accurately interpret USA construction drawings and plans. A solid understanding of RCC structures, concrete, and structural details is essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimations for structural and concrete works.
- Analyze and interpret USA construction drawings and plans to prepare accurate estimates.
- Calculate material requirements and costs to support project budgeting and procurement.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with project specifications and timelines.
- Utilize estimation software tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in the estimation process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction methods and materials relevant to RCC and concrete structures.

Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of structural estimation with a focus on concrete work.
- Experience working on USA-based construction projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in quantity takeoff, cost estimation, and material calculation techniques.
- Ability to read and understand USA construction drawings and plans thoroughly.
- Solid understanding of RCC structures and related structural details.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in structural estimation, preferably with USA-based projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with estimation software is considered an advantage.
- Exposure to international construction standards and practices will be beneficial.
